Climate-Zone, Inc. formerly Ferrell Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., is a Memphis, Tennessee based HVAC company with an annual volume in excess of $3 million, ranking it as one of the largest HVAC contractors in the city. Ferrell Air Conditioning & Heating was founded in 1998 by Jerry Ferrell after branching out from Herb Ferrell and Sons, which he had operated since 1974. After a successful stint in the sheet metal fabrication business, John Bragorgos recently acquired part of the company and is now President. During the past 3 years the company has installed over 3,000 HVAC systems in projects ranging from spec and custom homes to commercial, office, retail and church facilities.

Climate-Zone is professionally staffed with 3 Project Managers/Estimators, 8 teams of Installers and 3 Service Techs along with clerical, accounting and field personnel. Each of the company's Project Managers/Estimators is equipped with the latest load calculating software as well as advanced software for in-house estimating and scheduling. The company also provides its employees with extensive factory HVAC training along with internal safety training.
